Vasectomy

Vasectomy is a procedure for men seeking permanent contraception. It involves cutting and sealing the vas deferens which is the tube which carries sperm from the testicles to the penis. Dr Adams performs these procedures in the operating room under local anaesthesia, local with twilight sedation or general anaesthesia. A small cut is made on either side of the scrotum and a small piece is removed.
